Ingredients

  • 500 gm prawns

  • Marinade

    1 tbsp assam paste

    1 tbsp thick dark soya sauce

    2 tbsp sugar

Methods

    1. Mix the marinade and add the prawns. Set aside for 15-30 mins.
    2. Heat the oil and fry the prawns till dry and fragrant.

Tips

You can use the same marinate for sotong or fish
